A Foundation of Surgical Excellence

Dr. Paranzino received her bachelor’s degree from the George Washington University where she received a full academic scholarship. Her study of biomedical engineering led to a foundational attention to detail and an appreciation for innovation. She then went on to receive her medical degree from the University of South Florida where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society.

Dr. Paranzino completed her integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Kentucky. She then completed a fellowship in complex breast reconstruction and microsurgery at Harvard Medical School/Brigham & Women’s Hospital.

After Harvard, Dr. Paranzino returned to practice in Kentucky where her interests include aesthetic surgery, complex breast surgery, breast reconstruction, and body contouring. She has published peer-reviewed articles on topics including breast reconstruction, abdominoplasty, and technological advances in tissue perfusion. When not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family including her son, daughter, husband, and their Bernedoodle.

A Personalized Approach to Care

The relationship that I hold with each patient is the reason that I love coming to work every day. Whether due to cancer diagnosis, traumatic injury, or cosmetic dissatisfaction, it is a privilege to help patients through their plastic surgery journey to a place of restored form and function. By developing an individualized surgical plan together, I hope that every patient will feel comfortable and empowered. Through attention to detail and meticulous technique, I aim to prioritize the goals and desires of each patient in order to provide excellent results.
