A virtual consultation allows us to meet with patients anywhere in the world, in the convenience and privacy of their home or preferred location.
What to Expect
During your consultation you will be given the best advice about how to achieve your plastic surgery goals. We want to provide you with the information you need to make the best possible decision for yourself.
Prior to Your Scheduled Appointment:
- Depending on your procedure interest, during your consultation, you may be asked to disrobe. Please plan to be in a well-lit, private room at the time of your virtual consultation. You may also email your do-it-yourself (DIY) pre-operative photograph(s) that clearly show the area of your body for which you are concerned and seeking plastic surgery. All medical information and pictures that you provide are treated with respect and confidentiality.
- Confirm that your contact information is up to date and correct, and state which application you would like to be contacted on, such as Skype or Facebook.
- Confirm that your Skype or FaceTime application is up to date and working properly.
Day of Appointment:
- Prepare any questions that you may have for your surgeon.
- Please choose an area that is quiet, comfortable, and free from distractions.
- We will be contacting you via Skype or FaceTime 5 minutes prior to your scheduled consultation appointment time to secure a connection.
If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please contact our office to reschedule as early as possible. Even a short notice is helpful due to the fact that we often have a waiting list of patients whom we can schedule. If you have any questions before your consultation, you can call our office at (502) 899-9979.
