Dr. Alexandra Keane serves as the 2025 CaloAesthetics® Aesthetic Surgery Fellow, where she refines her expertise in advanced surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic procedures under the mentorship of Dr. M. Bradley Calobrace. She is passionate about helping patients achieve beautiful, natural, and individualized results that align with their unique goals.
A summa cum laude graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Dr. Keane earned dual degrees in Chemistry and Neuroscience before continuing at Washington University School of Medicine, where she completed her medical degree and integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency.
During her training, she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and received multiple research awards for her contributions to the field. Her work has been published in several leading plastic surgery journals.
Dr. Keane is honored to be part of the CaloAesthetics team and the Louisville community. Known for her skill, precision, and approachable demeanor, she performs all procedures under the supervision of board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Bradley Calobrace, ensuring the highest standard of care and safety.
