CaloAesthetics^® Plastic Surgery Center supports your desire to look and feel your best. Our practice in Louisville, Kentucky, was expanded in December 2014 to include a second location in Lexington for the convenience of residents of Lexington, Frankfort, and eastern Kentucky. In June 2020, we expanded our services again and opened a third location in Floyds Knobs, IN to serve residents in southern Indiana. Women and men visit us from throughout Kentucky, as well as West Virginia, Ohio, and Indiana.

• Our Louisville location offers complete plastic surgery services, from surgical consultations to surgery to follow-up appointments after surgery. At this location we also offer a full menu of non-surgical medical spa procedures and rejuvenating day spa treatments.

 

• Our Lexington location is our second location. Here people can choose from a complete offering of medi spa treatments and meet with our plastic surgeons for surgical consultations, and pre- and post-op appointments.

 

• Our Floyds Knobs, IN location is our newest location. Our clients have the opportunity to enjoy our medi spa treatments for men and women, including injections, laser treatments, CoolSculpting, and chemical peels.
