Lip Lift Surgery

An upper lip lift is a highly customizable, minimally invasive surgical procedure that removes a tiny strip of skin from under the nose. This reduces the space between the upper lip and the nose and lifts the lip slightly to expose more of the vermilion (the red part of the lip), improving the shape and overall contour in a way that looks natural. Our surgeons perform this procedure using a local anesthetic.

Fat transfer lip augmentation is a long-lasting alternative to fillers. Fat transfer uses liposuction to harvest surplus fat from another area of the body—usually the abdomen, flanks, or buttocks. The fat is then spun in a centrifuge to remove impurities and isolate fat cells. The purified fat is injected into the lips, creating fuller, natural-looking, and natural-feeling results.

Lip Fillers

Dermal fillers, such as the JUVÉDERM®, Restylane®, and RHA product lines, are popular treatments to temporarily add volume to the lips. Each product line offers hyaluronic-based gels formulated specifically for lip augmentation. The nonsurgical treatments typically take only 15 to 30 minutes, and depending on the filler used, the results usually last 6 to 12 months.
