He shares his expertise with colleagues from around the world through national and international lecture events and publications.

Dr. Juan L. Quintero is a highly skilled and compassionate plastic surgeon with a commitment to excellence and a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Dr. Quintero graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, followed by a medical degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. After completing his surgical training at Tulane University Medical Center, he completed a plastic surgery residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.

Well-versed in procedures of the face, breast, and body as well as non-surgical rejuvenation, Dr. Quintero has earned a reputation for providing exceptional care and beautiful, natural-looking results for his patients.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Quintero enjoys people, sports, traveling and learning from other cultures, tennis, and dancing. He values his family and friendships.

Our fellow, Dr. Tracey Cook, is a board-eligible plastic surgeon. She comes to us from New York City where she recently completed her integrated and plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Northwell Health. She earned her medical degree from Florida State University School of Medicine, where she graduated first in her class.

She specializes in aesthetic procedures for the face, breasts, and body. Her goal is to deliver outstanding results that align with her patients' goals by staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.

When she is away from the operating room, Dr. Cook enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, photography and spending time outdoors. She is excited to soon be a part of CaloSpa and the Louisville community.
