Patient had desire to have implants removed and replaced with something smaller. Patient underwent bilateral exchange of implants from subglandular to submuscular, exchanged form saline to silicone and a bilateral wise mastopexy. Patient was fitted with Mentor, moderate profile plus, 175cc implants.
